- Entry is not allowed 10 minutes after the movie starts. - Purchased tickets can only be exchanged or refunded before the screening. - Tickets cannot be reissued if lost, so please be mindful not to lose them. - Free parking for 3 hours upon presentation of the receipt ticket.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policy	- Online: Cancellation available up to 20 minutes before screening - Onsite ticketing office: Cancellations available up to 20 minutes before screening of the film specified on the ticket - No cancellation fees (online & onsite)
Refund policy	- Full refunds up to 20 minutes before screening, but non-refundable after screening
- Tickets issued after online booking can only be canceled at the onsite ticketing office. - Partial cancellation after booking is not possible (even if you partially cancel 1 ticket after booking 3 of them, you must cancel all 3 and rebook 2 tickets).

- Theater Information

‧ In principle, film screenings are scheduled on time. Admission to the theater is possible 10 minutes before screening, but restricted 10 minutes after screening starts.
‧ Please be sure to sit in your assigned seat as seating runs on a reserved seating system.
‧ Please refrain from standing up or re-entering during the movie screening.
‧ Admission to the theater is strictly controlled according to the movie’s rating. If you are accompanying a minor during movie screening, please be mindful not to disturb others.
‧ Photographs and videos (mobiles, cameras, etc.) are not allowed during screening.
