The 11th Arab Film Festival in 2022 will be hosted by the Korea-Arab Society, which has been promoting a mutual cooperation and closer ties between Korea and 22 Arab countries in cultural, political, and academic fields. The Arab Film Festival, which has been held annually since 2013, since its debut in 2009, is launching its first dual on/ offline film festival this year. Under the overarching slogan "Play Arab Films," we have prepared an opportunity to "Play Arab Films" to your heart's content during the festival.
At this film festival, a total of 7 Arab films will be introduced, spanning time from the present to the past of Egypt, Tunisia, Morocco, Syria, and Lebanon. It is screened in the "Play ARAFF" section of 5 films that portray the present of the Arab world in various genres of comedy, horror, cooking film, and documentary. Also, two early Arab films by directors who are prominent in the film industry are presented in the "Re-Play ARAFF" section. From Thursday, July 14, you can watch them for free on Naver TV for the specified 11 days anytime and anywhere you please, and offline audiences will also be welcomed at the Busan Cinema Center.
